Innovate Web Designs S.A. ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of all individuals and expects our users to uphold the same standards. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address claims of copyright violation that arise from the use of our services, provided such claims are reported to the Designated Copyright Agent listed in the example notice below.

If you are the copyright holder, legally authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, or entitled to act under any exclusive rights of copyright, please submit a report of purported copyright infringements occurring on or via our website (the "Site") by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving the Notice as specified below, we will undertake actions we find suitable, which may include removing the infringing content from the Site, at our sole discretion.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed, or if this Notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim to be infringed.
• 2. Identify the material or link you believe is infringing (or is the subject of infringing activity) and that needs to be disabled, including the URL of the link as it appears on the Site or the specific location of the alleged infringing material, if applicable.
• 3. Provide your affiliation with any organization (if applicable), your mailing address, contact number, and email address, if available.
• 4. Include both of the following declarations in the body of your Notice:
• * "I affirm that I genuinely believe that the contested use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
• * "I affirm that the information within this Notice is true and that, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or an exclusive right holder under copyright that is supposedly infringed."
• 5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face legal consequences.

If you believe that the content which was removed (or to which access was obstructed) does not infringe, or you possess the authorization from the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or under law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice that includes the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was taken down or had access blocked and the location where the content was located before it was removed or blocked;
• 3. A statement asserting that you believe in good faith that the content was removed or blocked due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement agreeing to accept service of process from the person who provided notice of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the original complainant, notifying them that we might restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates an action for a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated, or access to it restored, within 10 to 14 business days or longer at our discretion.

As per the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have implemented a policy of terminating users who are found to be repeat infringers, in appropriate situations and at our discretion. Additionally, we may (at our discretion) restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of repeat infringement.
